I had a wonderful stay at a great stop by place in Split. The location was clean and close to the city center, making it easy to explore. The villa was divided into three separate rooms, each with its own modem for internet access. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the items I needed. I highly recommend this place.

This cozy apartment, tucked away in a charming neighborhood, was the perfect escape from the tourist crowds. It was just a short walk to the historic center and a peaceful, quiet beach. the room was spacious, clean, and had all the modern amenities we needed. the host was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations on local eateries.
While there wasn't a free parking spot, public parking was available nearby but very crowded.

For the price we paid, Villa Kate exceeded all expectations. The room was beautifully decorated, with a walk-in shower and a comfortable king-size bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a charming old area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, recommending great restaurants and even saving us a parking spot.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Fully equipped kitchenette: The kitchenette in our room at Villa Kate was like a mini culinary haven. It had everything we needed to whip up a feast, making us feel like master chefs in training.
Strong smell of cleaning detergent: The artificial smell of some cleaning detergent hung in the air and remained throughout our stay. Although it wasn't a major issue, it would have been nicer if the scent was more subtle.
